Can Aasure handle monthly retainers?
Not as invoices. Aasure does not create or send invoices, and card payments are on the way rather than live. You can record each retainer payment by hand against the client, so the history sits in one place. Recurring billing stays in your accounting tool for now.
Does it replace a CRM?
For an independent practice, generally yes. You get the scheduling, client history and email campaigns a solo consultant needs, with a pipeline view on the way. What you avoid is the configuration overhead of sales CRM software built for teams with a pipeline manager behind it.
Can I run different session types for discovery and delivery?
