— About Aasure

We built the platform
we couldn't find anywhere else.

Aasure exists because the tools available to small service businesses were never designed to work together — and the people running those businesses were paying for that fragmentation every single day.

— THE STORY

It started with

a real problem.

Service businesses are built on skill, trust, and personal connection. The people who run them are exceptional at what they do — they cut hair brilliantly, teach with clarity, photograph with a genuine eye, and hold space for clients through difficult moments.

What they are not is operations managers. And yet every single one of them has been left to build an operations stack from scratch, stitching together four to six disconnected tools that were each designed to solve a different piece of the puzzle. None of them talk to each other. None of them understand the business as a whole.

The result is a constant, draining mental overhead — the invisible second job of running the business around the actual work. Hours every week spent on admin that adds no value for the client and takes the owner further and further from the reason they started in the first place.

We looked at that problem and we didn't see a gap in the market. We saw something structurally wrong with how an entire category of software had been built. And we decided to build the thing that should have existed all along.

"The average small service business owner juggles four to six disconnected tools daily. None of them share data. None of them understand the business as a whole. Together, they create not efficiency, but overhead."

— OUR PRINCIPLES

What we believe

about software.

01
Software should work for the owner, not the other way around.
Most business software demands your attention. It requires you to log in, interpret data, take action. Aasure inverts that model. The platform does the work. You oversee it. That's a fundamentally different relationship — and it's the one we're building towards.
02
Automation should earn your trust, not demand it.
We don't believe in forcing full automation on anyone. Aasure gives you three levels of control — from fully supervised to fully autonomous — and you choose where to start. Trust builds over time. We're patient.
03
Simplicity isn't a feature. It's a design requirement.
Small service business owners don't have time for onboarding videos or technical configuration. Aasure should work in under an hour and keep working without you having to think about it. Complexity is our failure, not yours.
04
Your data is yours. Full stop.
We don't sell it. We don't share it. We don't use it to train models. Your business data is fully under your control. We make money from subscriptions, not from your information.
— THE TEAM

Two people.

One clear focus.

Aasure is a two-person founding team. That's a deliberate choice. We stay close to the problem, close to our users, and close to the product. Every decision we make is made with one question in mind: does this make life genuinely easier for the person running a small service business?
