Welcome to Aasure! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aasure's services, applications, and websites (the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
Aasure Company is an India-based company building an AI coworker that executes tasks autonomously. For more information, visit aasure.com.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service. Users aged 13-17 need parental consent.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You're responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or scrape the Service
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Violate others' intellectual property, privacy, or rights
- Disrupt or interfere with the Service's operation
- Make automated high-stakes decisions affecting people's legal rights, safety, or wellbeing
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
"User Content" means any input you provide and output you receive from the Service.
Ownership: You retain ownership of your User Content.
License to Us: You grant Aasure Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, modify, and display your User Content to operate and improve the Service.
Your Responsibility: You're responsible for ensuring your User Content doesn't violate laws or these Terms.
Accuracy: Output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Don't rely on it as professional advice.
5. Intellectual Property
We own all rights to the Service. Any feedback you provide becomes our property and may be used without compensation.
6. Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions: you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We'll give 30 days' notice before price increases.

7. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to others, or your account is inactive for over a year.
Appeals: Contact legal@aasure.com if you believe termination was in error.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DON'T GUARANTEE THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AASURE COMPANY'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) INR 8,000. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Aasure Company against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Disputes
Governing Law: Indian law governs these Terms.
Jurisdiction: Disputes must be brought in courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in class actions against Aasure Company.
12. General
- We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance
- If any provision is invalid, the rest remains enforceable
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Aasure Company
